SaaS Experts will review your IT strategic plan, and make recommendations based on our various systems, IT staff competencies, and your current IT infrastructure. We then help you determine which system would best fit the needs of your company by looking at how the current system is being used. We take into account it's strengths and weaknesses, and how ancillary systems (including Excel) are being used.
A report is then drawn up with recommendations including training components, the strength of the vendor, future vendor and software direction, cost to maintain the current system, cost to purchase a new system, ROI analysis, etc.
A review of your current business processes and broken processes is then executed to find where process improvement can be made that will be facilitated with the implementation of modern software systems. When we analyze the finances supporting an implementation of a new system, we not only look at your first year cost, but focus on the total cost over a 5 year period of time.
With the Software Evaluation complete, we then can help you put together your software and implementation budget, a timeline for the selection, and phased implementation of a new system.
